A specialty that is surprisingly harmonious. Made from tea leaves and light stems, it's perfect cup for late afternoon teatime. Restrained, slightly fruity with a bright yellow-green cup.

Ingredients
Organic Green tea.
Preparation
11 g tea leaves (6 level Teelamass) to 1 liter filtered or soft water, boiled and cooled to 70°C/158°F. Allow to brew 2 min.
