Refund policy

Tea G values customer satisfaction. Customers who have issues with their product orders can get in touch with Tea G by sending an email to or WhatsApp +965 98000349 either for returns from Kuwait or GCC countries.

A refund can be issued If:

(a) the order is wrong (product is different from what you ordered on the website, consumers are advise not to open the product as mentioned before)

(b) product did not arrive but money was deducted

(c) money was deducted but order was not submitted (e.g., system error).

A refund request takes up to 24 hours to investigate and shall be subject to approval. Communication will be by chat or phone or any other method that the store sees convenient. Tea may ask consumers for their bank details.

Once approved, the refund procedures shall take as many business days as it may in a normal circumstance decided by the banks and are subjected to the holidays.


Terms of Refund:

The time frame allowed for a Returns is 14 days from initial receipt of the merchandise.

All Returns are subject to our final approval after inspection.

Items must be returned new and unused, as well as in their original packaging, labeling and having all original tags attached.

No return will be accepted if it is used, package is opened, or there is a broken/damaged in the returned item.

Therefore, please make sure that you take the necessary precautions.

Returns that do not meet these points after inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Refunds are always credited to the original credit cards used.
