Corporate Orders policy

For Kuwait Clients:

• The customer is not entitled to resell, market, distribute or commercially exploit Tea Gschwendner products, Otherwise, it will be subject to legal liability.

• For corporate discount, the minimum order 2 kilo for (each kind of tea).

•  Discounts available only on the purchase of 1kg variant of Tea.

• Discounts on other variants (100g, 250g, 500g) not available.

For GCC Clients:

• The customer is not entitled to resell, market, distribute or commercially exploit Tea Gschwendner products, Otherwise, it will be subject to legal liability.

• For corporate discount, the minimum order 2 kilo for (each kind of tea).

•  Discounts available only on the purchase of 1kg variant of Tea.

• Discounts on other variants (100g, 250g, 500g) not available.

• The customer must contact Tea Gschwendner to request any documents if needed for customs clearance before completing the order and shipping from Kuwait.

• If the shipment is returned to Kuwait and the customer couldn’t release it in their country because of not requesting any official documents related to customs clearance before shipping the order from Kuwait, then Wethaq Al Wataniya Co.- Tea Gschwendner is not responsible for the shipment and the customer are not entitled to refund the paid amount.

• Also, We Wethaq Al Wataniya Co.- Tea Gschwendner will not be able to clear the shipment in Kuwait without documents, so this will be under your company's responsibility.
