This speciality from the rare Bai Ye No. 1 cultivar is organically grown at altitudes of over 500 metres in the Qiandao Lake region. Gentle rolling during processing reveals a fresh, clear aroma with delicate umami, floral, and roasted notes. Designed to be infused multiple times.
