This speciality from the rare Bai Ye No. 1 cultivar is organically grown at altitudes of over 500 metres in the Qiandao Lake region. Gentle rolling during processing reveals a fresh, clear aroma with delicate umami, floral, and roasted notes. Designed to be infused multiple times.
12 g tea leaves (4 tablespoon) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 80 °C / 176 °F . Allow to brew 2 min.
