Description
This noble jasmine tea from Yunnan, like traditional Yin Zhen, is made from only unopened leaf buds, briefly layered with jasmine flowers to absorb their fragrance. Delicately soft and floral, this rare tea is a true treat.
Ingredients
Organic White Tea. Traditionally blended with fresh jasmine flowers, subsequently sorted out.
Preparation
12 g tea leaves (6 tablespoon) to 1 liter of filtered water, boiled and cooled to 90 °C / 194 °F . Allow to brew 2.5 min.
